Great service - Over the last few months I have fired a million and one questions at Rupert and Natasha in particular and have always had a swift and informative reply. Claire contacted us in between Xmas and New Year to tell us that we were switching hotels in Banff due to the fire and while we weren't that impressed with the hotel, Claire had organised everything and there was a room ready and also a parking space organised.

We returned home from our skiing and family holiday last Wednesday. All just about over the jet lag but still full of very happy memories. I wanted to say an enormous thank you to all who put this holiday together for us, both in our booking and also in the contracting behind the scenes to ensure the best suppliers along the way. Each process worked fluidly. My husband and I travel a lot for our jobs, and for both of us our work is tied to the Travel and Tourism sector. We truly feel that the service you provided to be the very highest level we have found. The bottle of Prosecco was certainly not expected and a very special touch. We both tried to think of any company on any product or service we have ever spent similar amounts of money with giving a similar gesture and came out blank. It is a lovely touch. We will sing your praises and be back again.
