Fantastic service could not have expected more. When our flight was delayed our transfer had already been rescheduled for us before we landed in Oslo. The information was waiting for us just where our pack told us it would be - and followed up with a voicemail message. Perfect!

I thought the service was excellent, from my initial query and questions, the planning and discussions that went on via email, to us all getting home last week to find a bottle of bubbly. All the travel arrangements and booking were great and we had a fantastic holiday, with snow too!

Excellent service all round! Andy was fantastic from start to finish even though I was a tricky customer! He was extremely helpful, knowledgable and calmly on hand when I asked numerous questions, thank you. Even up until the last minute he was advising us on the best places to eat.

Ski Safari arranged everything beautifully. I particularly liked the small - A5 size documents in a plastic wallet - nice and easy to manage whilst on the road. Good thinking. Great service, highly responsive, wonderful after service customer care, thoughtful service during our holiday too. Will recommend.
