I have already written to Matt Pavitt the Director of Ski Safari as I was so impressed by the company. From my very first phone call to Jade Pritchard, I felt very well looked after and valued. This was a surprise trip for my husbands 50th birthday and as my husband was the real skier and not me, I needed to make sure that I was booking the right place and hotel etc. Jade had a fantastic knowledge of Whistler and the hotels so she made it easy for me to choose one to suit our needs. Everything went so smoothly! Hannah Wells was also great in dealing with my queries and questions, which at times, were a lot! The whole team seemed really professional and knowledgeable, which is rare with companies these days. I felt I received a really personal service and that nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for the holiday of a lifetime and one that I hope to repeat at some point!

Excellent service from start to finish. Jade and Victoria were knowledgeable when I was considering different options and helpful when it came to booking and add-ons. A bottle of prosecco when we got home was an unexpected bonus, very much appreciated! Things continued without a hitch in resort, with our ski passes at reception on arrival, and ski hire was very easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Ski Safari to others.
