Perfect.

We had a health issue on a previous trip (at airport) which Ski Safari advised and handled very well. Trust is important to us and we know that you are a good holiday operator.

Excellent, responsive service from both Ross and Victoria. We have booked 3 family skiing holidays with Ski Safari and are in the process of booking another. They make it very easy, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.

Once again we have just finished a wonderful holiday much helped by the excellent team at Ski Safari, who made everything so easy for us. We have used them for 5 holidays now in Japan and Canada, and would definitely recommend them, as their personal and tailored service is excellent.

Service was very good. We dealt with Andrea and Kathleen and both were helpful and courteous. The travel pack was very useful - all the booking info and times for travel etc were spot on, the resort guide gave us a great head start as well. The bottle of fizz was also a nice touch.

We had a complicated booking, 2 apartments from you to coordinate with another for Australians. All went well. Suggested change of dates to give longer for same money. Knowledge, help, keeping us informed; really excellent company.

Very helpful, meet all our requirements and gave various alternatives, explained various options. Very prompt replies to e mails.
