Ski Safari provided the best service I have ever received, and were able to give first-hand advice regarding different resorts. I trusted them completely and had a great holiday! Attention to details made all the difference and we had the holiday we wanted. I would highly recommend Ski Safari and shall be using them again for my next trip.

From day one I had nothing but friendly, accurate, attentive and informative attention and replies from Ski Safari. They made it so comfortable to simply send off an email no matter how ridiculous the question I had may have been the responded all the time in a timeous manner and an exceptionally friendly manner. It made the whole process comfortable and completely and absolutely hassle free.

Really helpful from first minute I spoke to Andy Hemingway. Informative, knowledgeable and very reassuring. Sarah Dean took it on after the booking and was also really helpful answering queries and ensuring everything in place. Would definitely go with them again.

Good only one problem we changed properties which we had booked and were left wondering where our shuttle bus had nt arrived. We called and were told they had expected us to be picked up from original property where we were dropped off.

You think of everything but don't overload us with information/requests for feedback/reminders. You treat customers like grown-ups but clearly will step up if there's something we hadn't thought of or can't obtain ourselves. Quickly booking the transfer coach when it was clear that the Oslo-Geilo train connect was just too narrow a shave is a standout example of this, though there are many others.…

Service was excellent. Several iterations and last minute additions were catered for with professionalism, patience and good humour. Everything worked as expected and was organised well. Recommendations were generally good. Would have preferred different accommodation perhaps at Furano but understand limitations in this respect.
