It was a bit annoying to find our flight reservation combined with some of the people travelling with us as it was very inconvenient trying to do the API for the flights when we live 100 miles apart. Also disappointed to find out after booking (via our friends) that the ski school no longer took the children to the childcare but I appreciate this was probably news to you this season. From day one I had nothing but friendly, accurate, attentive and informative attention and replies from Ski Safari. They made it so comfortable to simply send off an email no matter how ridiculous the question I had may have been the responded all the time in a timeous manner and an exceptionally friendly manner. It made the whole process comfortable and completely and absolutely hassle free.
