You all did a very good job in fairness. I have travelled with ski companies before including for example Scott Dunn. I think the quality of the product in total is a little less than the price would suggest but most of our quibbles refer to our airline issues as we didn't originate in the UK and to the transfers which were poor.

Knowledgeable and efficient service, many thanks, takes the stress out of organising all the extra details.
