A very good service throughout. I appreciated the fact that the staff are genuinely knowledgeable about the resorts where you offer holidays. One minor problem that arose after our booking was made was sorted out very quickly and painlessly.

We really appreciated the expert knowledge and information that Ski Safari provided us before our holiday. Especially useful was the Japan Pass rail pass which made travel in the country, and around Tokyo, very straightforward and problem-free. We would definitely recommend Ski Safari to our friends if they are planning a trip to a less familiar destination.
