We really appreciated the expert knowledge and information that Ski Safari provided us before our holiday. Especially useful was the Japan Pass rail pass which made travel in the country, and around Tokyo, very straightforward and problem-free. We would definitely recommend Ski Safari to our friends if they are planning a trip to a less familiar destination.

It was a bit annoying to find our flight reservation combined with some of the people travelling with us as it was very inconvenient trying to do the API for the flights when we live 100 miles apart. Also disappointed to find out after booking (via our friends) that the ski school no longer took the children to the childcare but I appreciate this was probably news to you this season. Excellent in every way. I was booking for a group of 16 - all new to skiing - the team were brilliant at emailing back, on the phone - I never felt as if I was being a nuisance to the team. Ever so polite, friendly and have been recommending you to anyone that will listen to me!
