Thank you for arranging our trip of a lifetime to Japan Niseko which we would love to return to! I will admit that I’ve seen ski safari on the internet before but have avoided using them due to not knowing much about them and being slightly dubious of online only services. Boy was I wrong. They were brilliant. The whole process was easy, personal and so well organised. I liked the fact that they knew what they were talking about. There is a certain element of trust. In that I told them what we wanted and they came back with the suggestions. But in the end the package that we got suited us perfectly. We had an amazing holiday. They genuinely made you feel that you were their only focus. They remained in contact all through the process. This is one of those occasions where it’s nice to be proved wrong. They were all great and I will definitely use them again in the future.

A first-class service throughout. All Ski Safari staff were professional, knowledgeable and promptly helpful throughout. When our original flights were cancelled with a week to departure they were at pains to reassure us that they were on the case and did not disappoint with an alternative. The proof of this being that we are already in touch again about booking at the same resort (Trysil) for our wider family in 2021!

From the first email we sent asking for a quote for a resort to receiving the travel pack the staff have been great. Helpful, patient and knowledgable. In the end, we just said to the advisor we want to go for 10 nights, stay in one resort and this is our budget. They gave us a handful of options, with Banff being one of the recommendations. We had not considered Banff, so glad Kat suggested it, we had a brilliant time.

I would highly recommend Ski Safari for booking a beautifully designed and executed skiing holiday. The knowledge of the resorts was evident, so our experience was matched to an appropriate resort. The itinerary was great, and the information packs contained all the details one might need. The chosen resort and hotel was spot-on. We would certainly go through them again for our next holiday. I was delighted with the support that we got from Ski Safari staff, from the time I first made an enquiry, through to the end. Everything was personalised, nothing was too much trouble, all the details had been thought through to make the journey as well as the holiday a delight. Particular thanks to Victoria, our allocated staff member, who led me through all the preparation process, and dealt with my questions with accuracy, patience and humour.
