I’ve travelled many times now with Ski Safari and find that they’re always willing to spend time to put together the holiday you really want. Nothing’s too much trouble and sometimes when airlines move the goalposts and change schedules, Hannah is there to sort things out!

The service I received was very friendly and professional. There was one glitch, in that the pass I bought didn't cover one of the days I was there, but Ski Safari refunded the cost of the day ticket immediately they were informed. I have learned to read ALL of the emails received, as some details are in the cover letter rather than the attachments.

Honestly the best company I have ever dealt with! Everyone had so much knowledge. Caroline completely listened and talked through all options and answered all questions to create the perfect holiday.
