Honestly the best company I have ever dealt with! Everyone had so much knowledge. Caroline completely listened and talked through all options and answered all questions to create the perfect holiday. Caroline was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Didn’t feel pressured into making a decision either which I really appreciated. Loved the flexibility ski Safari has to offer, can literally tailor a holiday to whatever you want. Caroline was also really understanding of my change of circumstances and helped switch things round for me. Then Victoria, again was so knowledgeable about what the resort has to offer. I booked all the excursions through her and she made it super easy, again answering all questions and nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly felt like I was chatting to friends with Caroline and Victoria, they were so lovely! The communication on the phone and via email has been second to none, which just made the whole booking process so much easier! Lastly I dealt with Toni who again was so helpful, any question she didn’t know the answer too, I got an email straight away answering me! She really helped sort the final preparations out. Thank you all so much for making this experience so pleasurable and stress free. I appreciate it so much! The holiday, as I’d imagined, was completely out of this world! As soon as I can, I will be booking another holiday with ski safari!

Thank you for arranging our trip of a lifetime to Japan Niseko which we would love to return to! The process was seamless, the level of communication exceptional, patience and explaining all the small details no enquiry however small was never any trouble! I will admit that I’ve seen ski safari on the internet before but have avoided using them due to not knowing much about them and being slightly dubious of online only services. Boy was I wrong. They were brilliant. The whole process was easy, personal and so well organised. I liked the fact that they knew what they were talking about. There is a certain element of trust. In that I told them what we wanted and they came back with the suggestions. But in the end the package that we got suited us perfectly. We had an amazing holiday. They genuinely made you feel that you were their only focus. They remained in contact all through the process. This is one of those occasions where it’s nice to be proved wrong. They were all great and I will definitely use them again in the future.

A first-class service throughout. All Ski Safari staff were professional, knowledgeable and promptly helpful throughout. When our original flights were cancelled with a week to departure they were at pains to reassure us that they were on the case and did not disappoint with an alternative. The proof of this being that we are already in touch again about booking at the same resort (Trysil) for our wider family in 2021!
