Went to Whistler in January 08. Fantastic skiing. Loads of snow and sun. going back in January 09. Staying at Residence Inn by Marriott so ski in/ski out will make it even better. Very friendly resort. Also has great hiking around the lakes if you take a day off skiing.

Great resort and fantastic skiing. The accommodation was first class apart from very noisy white goods! Go snowmobiling to the frozen lakes and Inuit hut, it's a riot. The only disappointment was the excessive tipping culture even when service is poor.

Wow one giant playground,we stayed in the excellent Fairmont Chateau and it was everything you could ever wish for. Best holiday ever, the Whistler and Blackcomb mountains had great snow and the pistes were in great condition. All abilities and types of skiing were catered for. Only my second ski holiday, and I'm sure my Whistler trip has set a standard that can't be surpassed! Stayed at the Westin for 10 nights in mid Feb and had a brilliant time. Amazing snow, friendly resort - you couldn't fail to have a great time here.

We went to Whistler over Christmas for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. We ranged from complete beginners to expert skiers and boarders and there was something for everyone. The ski school was very well organised and the instructors excellent. I would definitely recommend Whistler for families and skiers of all abilities.

This was our second trip to Whistler and it did not fail to disappoint. We had an absolutely spectacular time with fabulous snow conditions and plenty of interesting ski runs - on the odd occasion we would find ourselves to be the only ones on a run, despite being there during the Christmas/New year period. Superb resort with efficient and friendly skiing organisation. Stayed at Summit Lodge which was a real treat and in a quiet location away from the bustle.

Wow !!!! Get on a plane and get out here. This is what snow sports is all about. Been to Whistler twice now and would come back again and again. 3 metre snow base!! Thanks Ski Safari, top rate service as always can't fault your advice, the Marriot Residence Inn is a brilliant hotel ski in ski out, the breakfast waffles are superb. Try it you'll like it.

Stayed at the Fairmont Chateau which was pure luxury, spent a great 8 days skiing on the wide open runs,. It was the end of the season (end April/Early May) and absolute bliss! Would love to go back soon.

Great skiing - most importantly you can ski anywhere within the ski area boundary as the whole area is made avalanche safe - not just the pistes/trails as happens in Europe. This is so much better than the European system and provides endless opportunities and fun. There are also lots of trees to play in and around when the weather closes in.
