We booked a 2 bed suite as we were travelling with friends (2 couples. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a corner suite which was very spacious. The hotel is fabulous - the staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The hot buffet breakfast is perfect before a hard day skiing. Location is ideal being central in the village and skis are stored at Pan Pacific Mountainside which is right next to the gondola. If you can get a good offer at this hotel then do not hesitate to book it.

Superb hotel!! Every single member of staff were so helpful, friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble from offering courtesy transportation to restaurants and spas, offering complimentary umbrellas and even doing our check in for the return flight. Any problems in the room were fixed instantly. The managers meet and greet evenings were a nice touch and breakfast was superb (we didn't eat for the rest of the day)!!! I would give this hotel 10/10 and definately stay here again.

This is a truly excellent choice for accommodation in Whistler. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and I was initially nervous about not being right on the side of the slopes to get to the ski school drop off points etc, but they arrange for you to have a locker at their sister hotel which is right next to the gondolas for all your skis and boots etc. The room that we had was wonderful, a really nice lounge with a great sofa bed for the kids (that was really easy to pull out and was pre-made for us daily), and a kitchenette separate double bedroom and a lovely bathroom. There were TV's in both rooms with DVD players, a small balcony and a lovely fire - I couldn't fault it at all. The breakfast was to die for, a massive spread of a buffet, and I understand this is one of the only places in Whistler where breakfast is included, that will save you a lot of money on its own! The staff were really helpful, and really nice and friendly with the kids which makes a difference. The pool and hot tub area outside was really lovely, well used in the late afternoon but there was always space in one of the hot tubs, plus there were nice robes provided for adults and kids to get back to the rooms. The gym area was small but the equipment they had was very good and new (and to be honest I think my husband and I were the only ones that used it for the whole 2 weeks so it wasn't like we were queuing!!) There is a treatment area and my husband had a lovely (albeit expensive) massage, and there's a good sauna. We will definitely go back to this hotel, probably next year, and this time we're taking friends!!
