Spacious, comfortable, and with the advantage of breakfast included. The hot tub and pool were welcome at the end of the day.

Well appointed apartment. Well equipped and serviced. very pleasant to stay in. The breakfast was just what we wanted. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Great room with well equipped kitchen. Apres drinks, breakfast and slopeside ski storage were great bonuses

Everything one might expect of a 4* establishment and more. Best thing: given that it was not ski-in ski-out, the arrangement for lockers at Pan Pacific mountain was superb. Breakfasts wonderful - a real bonus with a full day of skiing ahead. Apartment with self-catering meant that savings could be put into really good restaurants on two occasions.

Excellent hotel, fantastic accommodation and helpful engaging staff. Great hot tubs and a free apres ski drink. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff so friendly. Apartments spacious and clean. Kids expected to share a double bed. Outside pool lovely but too cold to use on the colder days.

Only 1 tiny glitch was that the hot breakfast discontinued from the Sunday as nearing end of season which we were a little disappointed with as hadn't been made aware of. Other than that could find no faults at all with anything (not that we were looking!) The hotel even let us extend all 3 rooms until 12.30. So again, many thanks and we'll be in touch when we rebook!

We stayed here 2 years ago April 2010. It was absolute delight to stay there. Quality of accommodation, facilities, free internet access, 'happy hour' drinks 4-5pm, manager personally greeting us in the restaurant during this time. Breakfast buffet every morning was amazing, fantastic spread and choice of food, catering for the children as well. Really lovely hotel definitely would stay there agai…

The suites in the Pan Pacific Village are really lovely. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and very helpful. I have Coeliac Disease and after asking if they had gluten free bread on the first morning they immediately said they would get it for the following day, which they did and also brought GF biscuits.
