Beautiful rooms which were in the too warm side would recommend slopeside room great cafe called portobello for breakfast lunch and dinner reasonable prices. Pool and hot tubs welcome after a hard day on the slopes.

The Chateaux Fairmont was a lovely perfect hotel and our upgraded room was superb. Friendly staff and all went so smoothly -even the skis being taken from you at the end of the day with hot chocolate on tap was fantastic.

Rooms are spacious. Hot tub _ great at the end of a day skiing. Staff are very helpful. Valet service for skis and boots_ great service.

Food - Fantastic. Accommodation - crowded with 4 of us in a single room but we managed. Service - excellent. Catered well for our 12 year old who wanted to hang out in the kids' area, our 15 year old who wanted to hang out in the gym and my wife who wanted to hang out in the Jacuzzi with a frozen margarita

This is in my view the best location in Whisler, being ski in ski out with hot chocolate available at the base of the slope and a valet to take your ski's. The rooms, food and service were outstanding.

Such an great hotel, everyone very friendly and will do anything to make your stay out of this world. Great spa facility with a great gym. Food excellent, especially buffet breakfast but also their deli restaurant is good and cheap for breakfast and mid day meals. Cocktails are good too!!!
