We really enjoyed returning to the Fairmont.

Quite superb, not a single criticism other than we might have liked better catering for vegetarians. This is a minor quibble though, its truly world-class.

Superb not enough words can explain how excellent the Fairmont is. Booked the Fairmont gold only way to describe our experience is sublime.

Loved this hotel, beautiful building, rooms were great (beds superbly comfortable) and the staff were so pleasant and happy to help with everything. Housekeeping staff were great.

We stayed at the Fairmont - excellent hotel, great service, so many amenities for the family and the concierge were very helpful with bookings for restaurants and activities. Room set up was just what we needed for a family of 5 - 2 interconnecting rooms. Breakfast was really nice but busy - you had to make sure you got in early over the NY period.

Very high standard. Fairmont is a fabulous hotel with a high level of service. Concierge were extremely helpful. Good transport into the village in either Fairmont private cars or shuttle.

extremely comfortable rooms, never slept so well on holiday! very well run hotel, nothing is a problem. Gold floor is fantastic especially when on holiday with friends.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. A wide choice of food is available at the cafes and restaurants on site. We had a slope side room which had great views of the mountains.

The best location in resort, spa and pool area could do with an update though. Staff are brilliant and always recognises a friendly face of many years.
