Hotel was fantastic. Great location right by the Blackcomb gondola, ski valet service ideal, other facilities and activities also good for non-skiers - went to yoga nearly every day, spa also great. Free regular transport into Whistler with convenient stops en route so easy to go out to restaurants and shops and get back to the hotel. About the best located hotel in Whistler if you like the luxury of ski in/out accommodation. Staff are amazing. We were recognised by a restaurant staffer from a previous stay there 4 years ago! The mallard bar is one of the best bars I've ever been in.

Hotel was an excellent place to stay. Staff very friendly. Nice spa. Stay on the gold floor. Wonderful service and lovely club lounge.

Comfiest beds I have ever stayed in, lots going on in the hotel if you didn't want to ski, a big effort is made over the Easter weekend for children which ours love. Rooms are very comfortable for a family especially on the gold floor! Ski in Ski out which is very easy with children, Fantastic location.

A superbly run hotel with excellent staff. There are several different restaurants in the hotel, ranging from bistro/pub type food all the way up to fine dining, and many more within easy walking distance.

Great hotel with lots of restaurants to choose from. Very helpful staff and lovely atmosphere. Room was lovely, upgraded to a slope side room as it was our honeymoon with Prosecco and chocolate strawberries on arrival!
