Hotel now needs updating and refreshing which is planned this year. Our second year staying in the Summit Club floor and for the extra costs not sure it’s now value for money.

As the rooms were more suited to business people - although very nice they weren’t particularly practical for guests on a skiing holiday. For example a big desk just talking up room in the corner. No washing line so it was hard to dry out gloves swimwear etc. The breakfast in the summit club was a lot better than I expected as there was a hot item served everyday, which was a nice surprise as it’…

Ideal location ski in and out. Good size rooms clean and well maintained. Bar and restaurant lacking in atmosphere

Very friendly staff throughout. Really comfortable room. Although due for a refurb soon, there were very few signs of that being urgently necessary. Ate in the restaurant several times (breakfast and tea). Thoroughly enjoyed it every time. Vegetarians were well catered for.

Very comfortable room and beds. Very convenient for the ski slopes. Breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Best bacon of the holiday.

Nice hotel but looking a little tired but expect this to be addressed by the refurbishment program they have. Mantles restaurant was good for breakfast, the buffet was best value for money. Coffee not very nice. Although you had place to leave skis, had to take ski sticks and ski boots back to your room. There was no special place to put ski boots in room, if this is continued once refurbishme…

Really enjoyed our stay at the residences.definitely better than a hotel room.flexibilty as to when one wanted to eat in or out. The hot tubs were a hit after skiing as was the sauna. Again first class service. 10/10 nothing more to say.

Large rooms, nice bathroom and toiletries, very comfy beds (could do with some hooks for ski wear). Summit club provides relaxing lounge with excellent breakfast choices (even better than before) and evening hors d'oeuvres.

Nice hotel, good facilities - hot tub, breakfast and a good bar/restaurant. Great location - ski in/ski out and in the middle of town.
They also gave us a $50 credit on food and beverage spend which we didn't realise until checkout.
