Very welcoming nice rooms and the extra room on our floor (Summit Floor) with the breakfast facilities etc a real bonus pool and hot tub/spa was really good. Very comfortable large room with excellent room service, ventilation a little noisy at night.

Excellent location and spacious, well appointed room. Housekeeping missed us one day but in general staff were very helpful.

This is an excellent hotel and the facilities on the Summit floor are great. We have breakfast and evening snacks provided in the Summit Room which was twenty yards from our room. Breakfast was excellent with fruit juice, cereals, fruit, ham, cheese, eggs and drinks. Room very big and was well maintained, Hotel in a good position just a little set back and further from the main part 'downtown' which meant it was a bit quieter.

Great location; generally good service particularly by concierge and Mantles Bar; didn't use the restaurant so couldn't comment; ski valet was fine. Overall the hotel seemed a little tired and could do with a revamp. Excellent hotel - 5th floor exec lounge is a very worthwhile upgrade having Breakfast and snacks covered after skiing. Excellent staff in the Hotel.
