Excellent for ski in ski out. Very friendly staff. Great choice at breakfast, we were expecting a continental option but they had everything buffet style regularly topped up so it was always fresh.

The Sun Peaks Grand was in a great location for ski in and out, staff were very polite and helpful, only disappointing thing was that the hotel looked very tired and out dated, could do with a refurbishment.

Perfectly adequate but a little dated. The hotel was in a good ski out location central to the village. It was clean, had a decent restaurant and good sized rooms. Overall though it seemed a little dated and tired in the communal areas and rooms. It would benefit from having a boot room with heated boot racks which I've experienced in other Canadian ski hotels.

Due a refurbishment but still a lovely hotel. Summit Club is excellent and worth additional money.

Excellent! What a great hotel, accommodation is going through a renovation phase but the rooms are fantastic for a skiing holiday! It is a big hotel with 5 floors, we were in room 490 (very last room on the 4th floor) so it's huge! Great bar and a good restaurant although we found the food to be hit and miss, great buffet breakfast though! Would we use again - definitely!

Four star. Liked the hotel. Location was excellent and the food served was some of the best in town. Unfortunately our room was the one next to the room containing the ice machine, which would have led to some sleepless nights if it wasn't for the jet lag.

We had a Mountain View room at the Grand and it was very spacious and comfortable with robes to go to the pool in and tea/coffee maker and a fridge. The hotel is indeed grand with a very large lobby and lounge area with beautiful sofas . However, you could not relax and have drinks in these areas as there was no waiter service. we felt that this was a bit of a waste. Breakfast was excellent with a…

Hotel now needs updating and refreshing which is planned this year. Our second year staying in the Summit Club floor and for the extra costs not sure it’s now value for money.
