Comfortable loft studio. Equipped with the basics but great for what we needed in our week there. Very convenient location for the village and for the slopes.

Very central, ski-out easily, a short walk back at the end of the day. Comfortable accommodation, excellent service from the central team at Big White, any problems were sorted immediately. Our loft apartment had everything we needed for a week's stay.

Really nice hotel, perfectly positioned.

Warm comfy and clean. very basic Really could do with a makeover, but absolutely fine for us. The bar in the hotel, the Black Diamond was by far the best place to eat in Big White. The owners super friendly too. A lovely varied menu. I would definitely return.

Lovely spacious apartment in the perfect central position for skiing to and from the door. Close to everything in the village. Only downside was no oven so unable to cook meals. Lots of choices for eating out though.

Excellent position for access to and from the slopes plus restaurants, bars and supermarket. Rooms are showing signs of wear but warm, comfortable and clean. Limited kitchen but used it every day. Shame the bathroom is downstairs but we do like it.

Loft accommodation was extremely spacious and well appointed. Extremely clean. The room was cleaned daily and tea, coffee left if required. Secure Ski lockers are located within the building Ski in ski out. Supermarket was 10metres away

Ideal for our needs. Excellent ski in/out access and easy to get to shop, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean.

Excellent location, ski in/out, quiet and everything you need. Had a loft apartment for 2 plenty of space, added bonus that had daily servicing which topped up toiletries and coffee. Although not ultra modern, it was clean and comfortable.

Very helpful staff, except for one occasion when room service left door wide open. Limited for self catering but otherwise very comfortable and convenient for the slopes.
