Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Room just got a little too warm at times.

Great location, easy walk into town for bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms were comfortable and clean having recently been refurbished. We had breakfast included and the choices we good and portions very generous. Underground parking in winter was a must which this place has, we had a large 7 seater SUV and didn't struggle to find a space. Hot tub and sauna also adequate for purpose.

Elk and Avenue very good. Location, location, location. Room a bit of an odd shape, but very clean and comfortable. No real complaints. Pleasant surprise was the quality an dproce of the food. Breakfast on half board basis was excellent, and we ate dinner in the hotel a few times. Nice menu with good selection, well priced and tasty. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location, both for town centre and the ski bus. The staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On the downside the bar is a little soulless, kept running out of beer and shut at 9pm. The onsite restaurant is not too great shakes either.

We were warmly greeted by the staff at reception on our arrival at the Elk and Avenue. The room clean, tidy and apply sized for our 11 night stay. We were slightly worried that it might be noisy, being so close to downtown Banff, but it wasn't all. Breakfast was included and taken in Ricky's Bar and Grill at the entrance of hotel. Walls a bit thin, but we got moved to a quieter room which was lovely.
Very big breakfasts - wish they started a bit earlier though, it was a rush to get early ski buses.
