The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel suited us, it was conveniently located in Banff Town close to the ski shuttle bus stop and restaurants and bars. The rooms were big and clean. There was a kettle and fridge in the room and a posh coffee making machine. Ski lockers were available in the hotel basement. Very pleasant, charming and helpful staff. Accom quite basic but perfectly adequate. Ski bus stops next door.

Great hotel, greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were undertaking work on one of the floors whilst we were there, which caused us no problems but did get us a free upgrade to a loft room.
