We were upgraded to a junior suite which helped us being a family of 4 adults! Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Great shower! Ski lockers in the basement.
Only gripe would be that the bar/ restaurant closed early so when we came back from our evening out you couldnt sit and have a drink from the bar!

Good sized room, close to town. 3rd party Bar restaurant arrangement is a little disjointed but great value accommodation. Also slight odd to have to pay a deposit to stay in a hotel.

Elk + Avenue is friendly, well equipped and super convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, while everything the town of Banff has to offer is on your doorstep and ski buses stop 50 yards from the hotel entrance.

This is a very good hotel, and being a bit older the rooms are a little less fancy than some of the others but they make up for it by being spacious and supremely comfortable. Very nice social areas, and an excellent coffee shop (exceptional coffee) that opens at 6.30 so you can get a breakfast in plenty of time before the ski bus.

Hotel well positioned for exploring Banff and surrounding area on foot. Accommodation was very comfortable and kept immaculate by daily room service. Staff very supportive, by way of example permitting me to stay in room until 1pm rather than 11am in recognition of the airport transfer pick up not taking place until 3.15pm. Friendly motel in the Main Street. Good family restaurant and an excellent coffee shop in the lobby. Bus stop just next door for access to the ski areas. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Limited housekeeping and no room service during covid times. We managed to persuade them to bring us some lunch during quarantine! Helpful front desk staff.

Very comfortable accommodation. Excellent access for cars. Easy access to the town. There were renovations ongoing which meant no restaurant or bar. This lead to disappointing breakfasts. The Good Earth Coffee House linked to the hotel was excellent. Delicious food and the best coffee on our trip.
