The UK's Highest Rated Ski Tour Operator, Three Years Running!
For the third year in a row, we have received the highest rating of all UK ski tour operators in the Ski Club of Great Britain's Consumer Research Survey, once again improving on last year's result with a Net Promoter Score of 80.
Over 17,000 people took part in the survey this year, making it the biggest survey of its kind in the UK. It's also the only independent piece of consumer research in the snowsports market. As part of a wide range of questions on the snowsports industry as a whole, respondents were asked how likely they are to recommend the ski company they most recently travelled with to a friend or colleague. The results determine a company's 'Net Promotor Score', ranging from -100 to 100.
An NPS of +50 is considered excellent, so receiving a score of 80 (1 point higher than last year) means a huge amount to us.
Ski Safari founder Richard Rice says, "I'm very proud of the Ski Safari team for this recognition of the work they do and the service they provide. 80 is a very high NPS, up there with the very best, so it is a fantastic achievement. Thank you to all of our customers who took the time to complete the survey and give us such positive feedback... and I want them to know that we will keep on doing our very best for them."
