Last year, after receiving the highest rating of all UK tour operators scored in the Ski Club of Great Britain's Consumer Research Survey with an excellent Net Promoter Score of 66, we promised to do our best to score even higher and to be rated top again.
We are proud and delighted to say that we've accomplished exactly that with a score of 79. And for the second year running we have scored higher than any other UK tour operator.
Just over 15,000 people took part in the survey. They answered a range of questions on the snowsports industry including 'How likely are you to recommend the company you most recently travelled with to a friend or colleague?' This question determines a company's 'Net Promoter Score', or NPS, which can range from -100 to 100. Any score above 50 is considered excellent so we couldn't be more pleased to score 79.
Analysing the thousands of comments made by people who scored their tour operator as a 9 or 10, Ski Club of Great Britain found that:
"Friendly, helpful, efficient service and good value is what generates a high NPS."
Those are the qualities we aim for at Ski Safari and we are over the moon that our customers are happy with the service we provide.
