Freedom Treks Sales Consultant

About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic sales consultant to join our established and expanding team to sell across our programme and make a genuine contribution to the business.
Reporting to the Freedom Treks Manager and working towards set sales targets, you’ll be required to:
- Answer holiday enquiry phone calls, emails and live chat messages
- Provide informative email quotations
- Follow up outstanding enquiries
- Offer excellent customer service
- Ensure holiday documents are sent on time
- Attend training and product sessions
You’ll be sales focused and have a confident phone manner, with experience gained in a telesales environment, ideally at another travel tour operator. You’re motivated by meeting targets, both your own and those of your team, and have a positive attitude, are incredibly organised and have an excellent eye for detail. A good knowledge of Europe is essential and an interest in cycling is desirable.
£20-22k dependent on experience, plus generous company benefits including overseas travel to experience the product first-hand and a performance related bonus.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm, with occasional 10 am - 6:30 pm weekday shifts and 10 am - 4 pm Saturday shifts.
