For the seventh year running we've received the highest score and award for the UK's Best Ski Tour Operator in the Ski Club of Great Britain's annual Consumer Research Survey, and we couldn't have done it without your help.
Thank you to all of our customers who supported us by taking part and rating us so highly, we really couldn't do it without you. We received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.
Ski Safari Founder & Chairman Richard Rice says, "I am so proud of the Ski Safari team for winning the award this year in particular, and with such a high Net Promoter Score as well. It is the 7th year in a row we have won, but to win it in these extremely challenging circumstances is extra special. It is a real credit to everyone here that what they do is recognised and rated so highly by our customers. I'd like to say thank you very much to each and every customer for their loyalty and the scores they have given us, and I can promise that we will keep working to improve the service that we offer."
The celebrations looked a little different this year, but we still managed to raise a socially distanced glass of bubbly in the office.
We'd also like to congratulate our friends at Banff and Zermatt for winning Best Rest of the World Resort and Best European Resort respectively, plus Whistler for receiving Highly Commended in the Best Rest of the World Resort category.
