We went to Vail late Feb. They haven't had the best snow but had quite a bit before we went so it was ideal skiing conditions. The resort is great - plenty of good runs, bowls to play in and everyone is very friendly. It got fairly busy at weekends but the lift queues all worked and people were very polite (unlike Europe). The village is very pretty. The nearest supermarket is out of town at West …

2nd year at The Sebastian, 4th year with Ski Safari. A great partnership. Long may it continue. Both companies succeed in making their customers feel valued. Thanks for a great trip - already making plans for next year.

On-mountain facilities are good (if a bit pricey). Resort staff and fellow skiers were really helpful and friendly with advice on where to ski and what time of day is best. Weekends can be busy but queues are not really that bad. Be prepared for s…

This must be the best resort in the Rockies for skiing, snow conditions and choice of restaurants. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is definitely our favourite.

The 'epic' ski pass gives you excellent mileage with easy access to Beaver Creek ,although access to Keystone,Breckenridge, 'A' basin better with own transport. Vail town bus service, the best, eating out is top quality with superb service

Just returned from a weeks skiing at Vail. Stayed at The Sebastian for the first time and was very impressed by the level of service and attention to detail there. Some minor issues regarding breakfast but it's very obvious that management care and are very visible. They listen to concerns and act accordingly. Base Camp is one of the best ski in ski out we've experienced. Nothing is too much troubl…

Great resort, plenty of skiing!! We visited when short of snow and pistes were still in good condition. Most of the skiers are American and far more friendly than my European experiences. There is a free shuttle bus every few minutes until 2am from one end of Vail to the other, so easy to get to the gondola in the morning or to more bars for Apre Ski. Plenty of clothing and equipment shops. Food o…
