We loved Park City. It was our first time skiing in the US. The town is pretty with good airport access and plenty of facilities and restaurants. Choice of 3 ski areas linked by an excellent free bus service.

We went in mid March-- the best snow we have ever seen in the US or Europe, locals said it was something special this year. We were encouraged to go to PC by an American aquaintance who is as hooked as we are now. For those of you thinking about trying "PC"-- it's the greatest combination of:- Spacious Rockies skiing - ever! -(PC), massive areas with something for all skills -(Canyons), quality, l…

Extensive mixed abilty skiing and some really great diamond runs. Impressive scenery. Excellent restuarants, particularly Thai, Chinese and Steaks. Loads to do in Park City itself and very convenient for the Canyons and Deer Valley. The latter is a skiiers paradise. Excellent transportation links between 4 ski resorts lacks atmosphere of the centre of Vail or a Swiss Chalet resort such as Murren. …
