We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was huge. Although the hot tub was open everyday, the swimming pools are seasonal (spring through to autumn) so closed in the winter.

We had two rooms. The first was shoddy, dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. The air blown heating system very loud and inefficient. Several school parties shared the hotel and when one was lodged directly above the noise became unbearable. Reception was immediately understanding and moved us to a new room in building 6 - much better. The room was better furnished, quieter and had better …

Superb position right by the gondola and easy to walk everywhere in the evenings.Excellent breakfast in pleasant surroundings and good facilities. Rooms very spacious and even has room service every day. Ideal place to stay.

The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were good, and the accommodation was satisfactory - quite small, and needed a lick of paint, but otherwise fine. Great location - just a short walk from the main ski lift, shops and restaurants.
