I just love Breckenridge.

Stunning resort. Skiing was great alhough at end of the season the best time of the day was between 10 and 1 with slopes icy and slushy at either side of that. Weather was warm though and very pleasant to walk around in.

Breckenridge is great, great slopes, and lift systems.
Fabulous ski school.
Safety first on the mountain.

We have visited Breckenridge on numerous occasions. It is the perfect resort for all types of group with great and varied skiing to more than satisfy all levels. Even late in the season new snow is more than not guaranteed.

Breckenridge is one of the best, if not the best all round, ski resort we have been to over the years. The skiing is great, wonderful slopes and amazing bowls to explore and play in. The town is just awesome, incredibly pretty with lots of bars and restaurants and really friendly people. Would move there in a heartbeat! Everyone had told me about the legendary blues in Breckenridge, but we were still totally surprised when we actually got to ski them. Miles and miles of perfectly smooth ultra wide pistes across 4 peaks, and mostly completely empty! Ok so presidents weekend got a bit busier but we still never queued more than 10 mins and even then the pistes remained empty.

The resort is very easy to navigate and the free shuttle bus is a good way to get around. There are lots of good places to eat ranging in price to suit every pocket. There were a number of new shops in town this season which gave a good excuse to wander about. Having been back many times to Breckenridge for me the resort is like a home from home. A proper town with a ski hill, not custom made. A very 'green/blue' probably ideal for families, can be crowded if the top third of the mountain is closed due to high winds.

Relatively easy drive from Denver Airport on arrival. We enjoyed the atmosphere in town. Managed to hunt out some pretty good restaurants (they do take a bit of hunting ). Slopes are a novel mix of very easy and quite tough - plenty of nice tree skiing though. Altitude does take a bit of acclimatisation.
