Crestwood Condos Customer Reviews

The Crestwood is a condo/hotel with varying standards of accommodation. We had paid for a de luxe condo and I don't know if we were just unlucky with the condo we were allocated to, but on arrival, we were very disappointed with it as it was tired and shabby and not the standard we had hoped for from a de luxe condo , 3 star rather than the 4 star advertised, and the standard we have unfailingly received from Ski Safari in the past. HOWEVER, having e mailed this information to Victoria and Andy, Andy "got on our case" and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Premier condo and, my goodness, it was wonderful. That apart, the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If something isn't right, they do their very best to correct it and almost always succeed. There is a swimming pool and 2 hot tubs which are really good and the showering and changing facilities attached are excellent. The Crestwood offers an on demand shuttle service to different areas of the resort which is good and necessary as it isn't possible to walk to the village or Mall after dark. THe ski store facility there is excellent too, as you just ski to the door of it, drop your skis there and they are waiting for you the next day, all just a short walk from any condo. It was also good that we were able to pre order a grocery delivery to be there when we arrived .

We have stayed at the Crestwood a number of times. They are very cooperative and helpful and a good standard of accommodation. Minor point - We would value more assurance as to whether we get twin beds for the kids room rather than a double bed (last year the upgrade brought a double bed but to honest we would have preferred to have the separate beds and slightly lower quality accommodation overall). This year we had both an upgrade and twin beds for the kids which was great.
