The hotel was really lovely and the food was AMAZING. Definitely the best food we have enjoyed on a skiing holiday! We stayed in a Copper suite which was well equipped and comfortable, the kids bunk room was very 'compact' but fine for just sleeping. Excellent resort, hotel was amazing, food was delicious. The ski run from the hotel is not an easy green run, it's very narrow and quite steep in places not suitable for beginners or those less confident. There is also no ski bus running when the ski lifts are open so no other option to get to the easier runs which was a shame. Overall would absolutely recommend a stay here.

5 out of 5 not enough…wonderful hotel. Food amazing. Catering for children also great. We were happy with the location of the hotel, but if you wanted to go to the village centre, it is a taxi drive.

One of the best places I have stayed. Would be hard to find anywhere else that is so perfect for a ski holiday. Ticks all the boxes and more. Friendly and family orientated with things laid on for kids, delicious food, Very comfortable and great set up with ski rental shop on ground floor. Swimming pool and spa is a must after a hard day on the slopes.

Fantastic accommodation! Hotel and spa beautiful. We were there in half term so lots of children but still didn't feel as noisy and chaotic as other hotels in half term. If you use the Spa in the adult only times it's very peaceful.

It would be hard to fault the hotel for a family ski holiday. Fabulous position and relaxed atmosphere with lovely food. Our suite was perfectly sized and worked well for the week. The only comment would be a note for true beginners (ski and snowboard) and probably novice snowboarders who will struggle with the ski out option but can always use the hotel shuttle down to the base.

Lovely hotel, has a luxury feel without being unwelcoming for the children, who treated it like home. Lots of space. Rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Spa and swimming pool were amazing, loved the outdoor hot tub. The area for putting on skis by the ski lockers was such a revelation, not sure I can go back to a crowded boot room!
