Absolutely brilliant! Rooms were superb, staff super friendly, lovely food (dinner), extensive breakfast, great spa, ski shop/ski hire in the hotel. Great games room (table tennis, table football, pool) excellent for evening entertainment. Ski out of hotel to bottom of the slopes - they say green but there are some steeper bits that would scare a beginner. Ski back to the hotel - should not be a problem for beginner although it involves a tiny bit on a blue slope. I would (and will) go back there in a heartbeat!

Stunning

The hotel is beautiful . It is very striking and fits in with the landscape . It is positioned out of the way , with its own trail connecting to the main slopes . It is about 20 mins to the village which is a car drive away. However the hotel really offers everything, ski hire, apres ski , breakfast , pizza , dinner, spa. It really has excellent facilities. The food is amazing, plenty to choose from and a very high standard. The only small criticism I would have is that the service in the restaurant could be terribly slow. Not sure why, Perhapes there wasn’t enough staff for the service they wanted to deliver . The service in the ski hire shop was incredibly slow too. Having pre booked our ski equipment we were expecting it to be placed in our ski locker as had been done in previous years .However they have installed a cheese counter ticket system which didn’t seem to change. We waited about 1hour and a half, and that wasn’t at shop opening that was late mid morning. Once we were seen the process was very quick and efficient.
