Staying here is completely effortless thanks to the hotel's on-site rental shop, which features a modern range of gear, including high-performance powder skis and boards. From the rental desk and secure ski lockers, you can step straight through a dedicated entrance and right onto the fresh snow.
After a day skiing in Shiga Kogen, both the East and West wings offer dedicated restaurants serving delicious Japanese and Western-style breakfast and dinner. For a cosy après-ski spot, head to the East Building's Bar Le Étoile to enjoy an evening beer or cocktail while looking out over the beautifully illuminated night-skiing slopes.
To top off a perfect day, you can take a relaxing break from the cold in the steaming waters of the traditional Japanese onsen-style bathhouse, which features both indoor and outdoor pools, found in the West Building.
