We stayed are the Radisson Blu mountain resort and the two bed apartment was impeccably well presented and served us perfectly. We eat out every night and the food is of very good standard and the choice is wide enough for most groups. The staff at our hotel were unbelievably helpful throughout with nothing to much trouble for them. We all agreed this was the best resort we have visited as a family. The accommodation was large enough for the four of us and our boys chose not to share the bunk beds in the second bedroom, with the younger (12 years) preferring to opt for the double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen area was impeccable, with every amenity you could wish for. Now we are aware of the quality of the kitchen area, we may choose to cook in the apartment a couple of nights next year. The full size fridge freezer looked brand new and the dishwasher likewise. The Bathroom is compact, but beautifully well presented and the shower worked perfectly. For a family of four including two growing boys (12 and 14) the two bed apartment was precisely what we need.

The staff at Radisson were helpful. The hotel was clean but there was a lot of dust under the bed. The evening buffet varied from excellent to average. The breakfast was very good. I was surprised that you could only have a two course meal and only on certain nights in the a la carte restaurant and that you were only able to eat in Staben on certain nights. The spa was delightful but I would expect hotel guests to use the facilities for free. It would also be nicer if he spa stayed open until say ten. I liked the yoga, would have liked more of it and pilates classes. I didn't like the fact the apartment was only cleaned once (we ran out of shampoo and toilet paper) - it could do with cleaning half way through also.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Mountain Resort, with two interconnecting rooms in the main part of the hotel, on a half board basis. The rooms were excellent with heated lockers for gear. The buffet breakfast offered all the choice you could need and the buffet dinners also offered very good quality food and cooking. Alcohol was expensive - 0.5l beer was £8.50 - £10 and a glass of wine about the same. Tap water was free.
