The perfect holiday. Flights, transfer, hotel, snow, and resort had something for all levels of skier. A refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of some of the larger resorts in mainstream Europe. The resort had skiing for all levels. A compact resort, but appears bigger than the piste map shows. Lots of off piste within the tree lined pistes. The snow conditions were excellent, with 3 days o…

Friendly, pleasant and family oriented. Great hotel. Easy ski room access. Great kids ski school with friendly instructors. The learner slopes were quiet and the instructors full of enthusiasm... my 2 kids loved it on their first time ever skiing (6 and 3).

Great result for families and beginner / intermediate skiers, but wouldn't say great for expert skiers. Great for 4 days of skiing but limited for longer stays.

Our end [of the resort] was a small compact resort with easy access to slopes. The area was well sized for a week of skiing with young children just starting off / building confidence.

Trysil is a beautiful, picturesque resort, well worth the transfer time of around 2.5 hours. The resort of Trysil was ideal for myself being new to skiing, both for it being quite quiet during the week and for the mix…

Lovely mountain restaurants to choose from. Great wi fi. …

Great for us as first time skiers with kids. Was a bit surprised that some of the facilities closed early and were sometimes not available over the Christmas period (bowling ally at hotel etc).
