Great - polite and friendly staff with excellent English. Rooms are well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Excellent facilities including pool and bowling alley. Big boot room with good sized ski locker, opens right onto green run. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide choice including made to order omelettes and waffle machine. The hotel was great. Room very comfortable and more spacious than we expected, especially with a bed for each of our two children, and it was quiet. The food at the buffet was on the whole excellent, although once or twice it appeared they were awaiting deliveries or something as the choice was much more limited that most days. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely big rooms, great ski-in, ski-out facilities. Great food. Family friendly to the extent of children running up and down corridors and playing football, etc. Didn't bother us but might others.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and exactly as we expected. It was busy but all worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As it was busy we did have to wait for a ski locker to become available several days into our holiday. The dining room was busy at peak times and it was worth remembering to pre-book your preferred time particularly if you had younger children.

Excellent family accommodation, bigger than we were expecting. Great view from balcony. Room was a little cold and we couldn't work out how to turn the heating up and wet room flooded every time we had a shower.
