We loved Myrkdalen! It’s a small resort, so the slopes may not be big enough or challenging enough for experienced skiers, but for beginners like us it was perfect. The slopes were so quiet most of the time, with plenty of powdery snow, which made it the ideal place to learn to ski!

Perfect for a beginner who was unsure what they were getting into!

Lovely small resort that was not busy. Would prefer few more chair lifts and more children’s activities. Huge plus for us was the trip to the Fjords and dog sledding!

Great resort plenty of ski runs with variation and snow parks were fab too

Great resort for family skiing. The runs were extremely quiet, no queues at the lifts and the snow was in great condition. The T-Bar and button lifts can be a challenge, as they are long and can be cold - however, the 2 chairlifts do facilitate access to a good selection of blues/reds.

Great skiing, great snow. Lots of challenging runs. Excellent access to lifts straight from hotel door. Secure locker storage.

Very family friendly and relaxed ski resort, uncrowded, wide runs, great snow.

Friendly resort with great potential for off piste

Superb resort. Quiet and no queues. Well groomed slopes. Restaurant on the mountain, lovey food and less than UK prices!

Great ski school staff. Excellent place to learn to ski!
