Very good for beginners - Ok for advanced but sort of done all the runs in three days. Staff helpful. UK half term in Norway has become more busy in recent years so no getting away from the crowds - albeit less than France.

Very good resort for us as we enjoy skiing intermediate slopes and the slopes are all groomed overnight. We really enjoyed the heated seats on one of the chairlifts.

The resort has good transport links from Oslo airport by train to Lillehammer and then by taxi to the resort all arranged and well coordinated by Ski Safari. The resort has a good layout with nursery slopes at the top of the main Gondola with a number of easily accessible long green runs. The resort although smaller than Trysil we found it was easier to get around. The snow conditions were good …

Good for beginners/intermediates, more limited for experts. Uncrowded pistes and not much in the way of lift queues even over the Easter weekend. Only a small village so not for those seeking night life, but everything within easy reach.There is a long green run from the top which had good snow even when snow was melting at the bottom.
