A great recommendation from Andy. It was children-friendly; very spacious rooms (2+3 in a Spa Suite was comfortable); excellent food (half-board); Santa and reindeer came into hotel to give out presents. All was great.

The food at the hotel was brilliant we really enjoyed it. The half board package was good value, and with the ski passes from ski safari we never actually spent that much! Play barn fantastic for our 2 year old. I’d recommend it to people looking for a family ski holiday.

Good food, little bit understaffed during busy periods but we were never in any rush, hotel staff friendly, kids playroom very good.
