Hotel had a spa, pool and usual additions for a large modern building which was well decorated throughout and had easy access to the lifts and the cross country skiing routes. We liked the ability to be able to ski the other slopes via a free bus to the mountains and lifts on the opposite side of the main resort location. Modern and clean room and from our various stays during the 10 days the norm is for no brew making in the resort rooms, although hot drinks were available in the main hotel area. Food was very good and the staff very pleasant and efficient, overall a great setting being able to mellow at the end of day and look out at the floodlit slope used on Thursdays and Fridays for night skiing.

The hotel was just what we were looking for for a mixed group of families and couples. The pool area and soft play were excellent for the children. The hotel felt very spacious and stylish. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner for adults was also very good. We had an issue with the children's meals when we were there but it was quickly sorted once we talked to someone about it. And the best bit is the ski-in/ski-out location.

A lovely hotel. Super family friendly with a great pool and HUGE soft play suitable for older children (my daughter is 11 and she loved it!). It is a very relaxed hotel with many people padding round in casual clothes and socks (some even in thermals) which enabled the hotel to have a feeling of home about it. We had to ask for resort information as this didn't seem readily available. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack in English of some sort to explain the hotel facilities. We were surprised to be able to check in by just giving our name as there was no need to provide our passports as proof of ID nor fill in any hotel paperwork. We were SO lucky to have a 2 bed family suite on the ground floor with patio so we could ski in and out of our room! We've never had this before any where else so felt incredibly lucky. The food was good; set menu and buffet on alternate nights with a children's buffet each evening if they didn't want the adult menu. The lights at the back of the restaurant where the food was kept were never working so we had to use our iPhone torches to see what was on offer! Nonetheless the selection of food was great and it was good to try new dishes that I may not have been so keen to test from a menu! The hotel itself seems to rely on 25% lighting - the bedrooms were dark that we couldn't see clearly in the evening; the lounge areas and restaurant were also so dark! I believe this is a Norwegian thing... but there was insufficient light to read with in the lounges. The pool was amazing but no obvious place to get towels from so we took ours from our room. The pool slide kept our children entertained for hours! Our pre-booked skis and boots were not ready as the ski hire shop claimed that Ski Safari hadn't sent the sizing over (but this has since been proven untrue since my conversation with the office).
