We first came to Geilo to Cross Country ski over 30 years ago. Since then we have been to Fefor, Susjoen, Betostolen in Norwy, once to Finland and once from France to Switzerland. Apart from those 5 venues, we keep coming back to Geilo, as we are comfortable with Geilo, especially now we are in ou 80s

This is our 3rd visit to Geilo, the first two many years ago when our sons were first learning to ski. This time possibly the last family holiday our 3 sons will want to spend with the "oldies"! Geilo and the Vestilia resort are perfect for families, high standard of accommodation and delicious food, friendly and accommodating staff. Added bonus of swimming pool / spa / bowling / soft play/ kids activities. Slopes minutes away.
