The cabin was comfortable and well equipped. A bath would have been nice but the sauna made up for that. Comfortable beds. Quiet with a nice view ( we stayed at no 7). Restricted head height in the upstairs bedrooms. The wonderful thing was the location- just a few minutes walk from the slopes and you can leave your equipment in the ski centre so you don't need to carry it at all. Very good value.…

Cabin was huge and so warm! We were too hot, bring some t-shirts to wear in the cabin! It was delightful, in the middle of trees, snow everywhere, really beautiful location. Easy walk to ski rental, lifts, ski school. We didn't use the Vestlia resort but you could go swimming there and go and use the play area for a fee. The Geilolia Forest Cabins are large, warm, clean and well equipped in beautiful surroundings. Only two minutes walk from the slopes. Friends stayed at the beautiful Vestlia Hotel, with excellent facilities and fine dining, currently being expanded but the building work didn't detract one bit - Nordic Efficiency!

The cabins were very well equipped, warm and comfortable. they are also less than 5 minutes walk from the ski area. The only downside was that the wi-fi didn't work although you could go to the nearby hotel and use theirs.

Clean and comfortable cabins set right next to the Geilolia ski centre. We had a 3 bedroom cabin - with a double room downstairs & 2 twins in the eaves. Kids loved the eaves bedrooms, but lack of headroom might be an issue if adults were sleeping in them. Kitchen well equipped, but cabin lacked a hairdryer. Boot warmers & heated floor in the porch ensured all kids ski stuff dried quickly. In fact …
