Dr Holms Hotel Customer Reviews

We had a lovely week at Dr Holms. Is a big hotel, ideally situated close to the train station and the ski school. We loved the quirkiness of the hotel, so many little nooks with seating, fireplaces etc. Various lounge areas, a sports bar (with pool table, darts, shuffle board, table football) and bowling alley with American diner (bowling was about £23 for one hour play), plus pool, sauna etc. We were half board, food was great, staff friendly and helpful. We could either eat in the restaurant which was a mix of set 3 course or buffet, or the diner or sports bar. New year celebrations were fantastic, would highly recommend. Only negative i would say were the bedrooms which had limited clothes storage and did not have basics of a kettle for tea/coffee making (family room) and would definitely be too small for a family unless little children (we had two family rooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers). It did have a good size fridge which was helpful.
