"View Hotel Shimataya offers the perfect blend of Western & traditional Japanese rooms many with views of Mont Kenashi and the Chikuma Valley below. The hotel has arguably the best view from any Onsen in Nozawa due to its location at the top of the village and it’s only a 6 minute walk from the Yu-Road travelator, plus it has its own Sake bar and restaurant."
