Advice, support and service were excellent. Andrea was extremely helpful in tailoring our holiday beyond just a 'simple' trip to Niseko. We planned a few days in Tokyo at the end and she organised a trip to a traditional ryokan for a night which was perfect, as well as providing many other additional pointers for our trip based on her Japan experience. Niseko was a great resort. A good mix of traditional and international establishments and the snow was fantastic.

We were given excellent advice from Rupert. We were very impressed with the agents at Chitose airport who were expecting us and had everything ready including maps and shuttle times all written in English.

We have just returned from a skiing trip to Niseko, Japan. We travelled with two young boys aged 9 & 6 and have had a wonderful trip. It all went very smoothly. No problems negotiating the airports as they repeat announcements in English. There are English signs so you wouldn't believe you are in Japan.
