Excellent location - could not fault it. Ski valet very good. Bar area a disappointment - nowhere really to sit and relax with a drink.

Hotel in a great location only a few minutes walk from the gondola, really nicely appointed throughout, onsens were lovely (both the private and communal baths), only slight negative on the hotel is the size of the hotel rooms, would recommend upgrading to the studio rooms if you can as much more space, and more importantly storage space.

Really lovely! Ski in-out and very cosy and so close to the mountain, own shuttle bus.
