Great hotel, right next to the King gondola. Ski valet were fantastic. Room was comfortable and well appointed.

Fabulous location - truly ski in and ski out. Very modern rooms with good facilities. Loved the Onson which was great at the end of a hard day skiing. Bar was great and restaurant was good. The service from the boot room in getting out and putting away our skis and boots was the best I’ve ever seen.

Great location. Excellent ski valet service. Let down by poor food and slightly haphazard service from the mainly Aussie staff.

Good sized room, but short on storage space (apparently this is common in Japan) so had some clothes in window ledges and left the rest in the suitcase. Great location, short walk to first lifts and gondola, ski in to the ski locker room. The ski valet service is excellent, sorting the boots and skis for us. The Ki Hotel in Niseko was the best ski hotel we have ever stayed in by far. The staff were incredible, the private onsen was a dream and the “ski valet” service was something I am going to miss a lot! The location of the hotel was perfect, and we LOVED Niseko Hirafu.
